Ant\u00e9rieurement, M. Grainger a occup\u00e9 le poste d\u2019associ\u00e9 principal en capital-risque aupr\u00e8s de Plug and Play Alberta, o\u00f9 il a dirig\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe dans quatre march\u00e9s verticaux dans le but d\u2019identifier et \u00e9valuer un large \u00e9ventail de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en d\u00e9marrage et de guider les investissements dans les technologies de la sant\u00e9. Auparavant, M. Grainger a cofond\u00e9 Bloom Bioworks, a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier employ\u00e9 de MagicMed Industries (acquise par Enveric Biosciences) et a occup\u00e9 un poste op\u00e9rationnel aupr\u00e8s de Willow Biosciences.<\/p>\n<p>Il a pour mission d\u2019accro\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en d\u00e9marrage de l\u2019Alberta et agit comme mentor aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs incubateurs et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs dans cette province.
